Conception, Pre-natal, & Postnatal Counselling

The journey to becoming a parent—whether through conception, pregnancy, birth, or adoption—can be filled with hope and joy, but also uncertainty, loss, and emotional overwhelm. For many, this path looks very different from what they imagined.

You might be:

  • Struggling with fertility challenges or the emotional toll of treatments

  • Coping with pregnancy loss or stillbirth

  • Feeling anxious, disconnected, or depressed during pregnancy

  • Navigating a high-risk pregnancy or birth trauma

  • Adjusting to the realities of new parenthood, including sleep deprivation, changing relationships, and identity shifts

  • Experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts

  • Managing cultural or family expectations around pregnancy and parenting

These experiences can be deeply personal and sometimes isolating—especially if you feel pressure to “enjoy every moment” while you’re silently struggling. The truth is, it’s possible to love your baby (or the idea of becoming a parent) and still find the experience overwhelming, frightening, or grief-filled.

Your needs matter as much as the baby’s. When we tend to your emotional well-being, we help lay the foundation for a more supported, connected, and grounded transition into parenthood—whatever that looks like for you.
